Communication Consent Policy
This policy explains the communication consent presented with the MVA Claims Help inquiry form.
Consent to contact
When you check the consent box and submit an inquiry, you authorize MVA Claims Help and participating legal service providers to contact you about that inquiry at the telephone number and email address provided.
Technology and frequency
Contact may include calls and text messages using automated dialing technology or prerecorded or artificial voice where permitted by applicable law. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Not a condition of purchase
Your consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that a participating provider will contact you.
Consent records
We may retain the consent language and version, date and time, landing page, source attribution, IP address, user agent, and related technical evidence for compliance, security, and dispute-resolution purposes.
How to revoke consent
You may revoke consent through reasonable means. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. You may also communicate a clear request not to be called. Revocation does not affect communications already made or records that may lawfully be retained.
Important limitation
Communication from a participating attorney or law firm does not create an attorney-client relationship unless the parties separately agree to one.
